We supply freely delivered and freely distributed books to programs that promote literacy. Education and literacy are key skills for moving people from poverty to productivity. Programs such as the New Haven Reads Book Bank, Read to Grow and the Literacy Volunteers of New Haven have received over 35,000 books donated freely from Community Crusade for Children in the first six months of 2004.
